Built by a physician who lived
the credentialing process.
Enrollata was founded by Dr. Susana Londono, a U.S.-based physician and private practice owner who experienced the payer credentialing process firsthand while opening her own medical practice.
Like many small practices, she found herself tracking payer applications, reference numbers, follow-up dates, contracts, rosters, and credentialing documents across spreadsheets, emails, portals, and phone calls.
Enrollata was created to make that process more organized, transparent, and manageable for solo providers, small practices, billing teams, and credentialing companies.
Our goal is simple.
Help healthcare practices keep payer enrollment moving without losing track of what was submitted, who was contacted, what is still missing, and when to follow up.
Credentialing should not depend on scattered spreadsheets.
Credentialing should not depend on scattered spreadsheets, forgotten phone calls, or lost reference numbers. Enrollata gives practices one place to track payer applications, store credentialing details, log payer communications, and generate roster information more efficiently.
Enrollata is designed for the realities of U.S. healthcare credentialing — including CAQH, NPI verification, payer rosters, EFT/ERA enrollment, payer follow-ups, and state-specific payer workflows.
What Enrollata is not.
We are not a payer, clearinghouse, or credentialing authority. Enrollata is an operational tracking platform that helps practices stay organized and maintain a clear record of their credentialing work.
